Information may be shared only as needed with diagnostic laboratories, authorised collection personnel, Firebase/Google services, Razorpay, communication providers, advisers and authorities where legally required.

Security and retention

Reports are protected by authenticated access and restricted cloud-storage rules. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service delivery, disputes, legal obligations and fraud prevention.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating or deletion, withdraw optional consent and raise a grievance. Some records may need to be retained by law.

Children

A parent or lawful guardian must act where services are purchased for a child.
