Information we collect

• Name, mobile number, email and city.
• Collection address, map coordinates, booking date, time and notes.
• Package, payment status and transaction identifiers. Complete card and UPI credentials are not stored by LabPass.
• Test usage, bookings and diagnostic reports.
• Device, browser and website analytics information.

How we use it

We use information to create accounts, process verified payments, schedule collections, publish reports securely, send service updates, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

Sharing

Information may be shared only as needed with diagnostic laboratories, authorised collection personnel, Firebase/Google services, Razorpay, communication providers, advisers and authorities where legally required.

Security and retention

Reports are protected by authenticated access and restricted cloud-storage rules. Records are retained only as reasonably needed for service delivery, disputes, legal obligations and fraud prevention.

Your choices and rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, updating or deletion, withdraw optional consent and raise a grievance. Some records may need to be retained by law.

Children

A parent or lawful guardian must act where services are purchased for a child.

Cookies and analytics

LabPass uses essential browser storage and Google Analytics to understand website usage.
