Service
LabPass provides a platform to purchase diagnostic packages, request home sample collection, track package usage and access reports from participating providers.
Accounts
You must provide accurate information and keep your login methods secure. A parent or guardian must act for minors.
Medical limitation
LabPass does not provide diagnosis or emergency care and is not a substitute for a qualified doctor. Discuss results with a healthcare professional.
Packages and bookings
- Inclusions, validity, price and test limits are shown before purchase.
- Bookings remain subject to serviceability, preparation requirements and confirmation.
- Unused benefits expire at the end of the displayed validity unless extended in writing.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay or another displayed provider. Packages activate only after successful server-side verification.
Reports
Turnaround times are estimates and may vary due to sample quality, repeat testing and laboratory operations.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, impersonate others, submit false bookings or attempt unauthorised access.
Liability
Nothing limits rights that cannot legally be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, LabPass is not responsible for indirect loss, inaccurate customer information, failure to follow preparation instructions or third-party outages.
